Indian Parents , Your Dreams and Career Choice

This is the easiest Topic to talk about in India. But yes the opinion will vary from every single individual.Even the movies in India are actually thinking about the topic. Is that the reason 3 Idiots the movie was such a hit.?.Well I guess yes.A career Choice is very difficult for everyone to make with the education system in India. And Its very difficult to predict and think what would you be doing what what really happens in really tricky in India.

In India until the 19th century what was followed was the legacy system which was related to surnames and castes. For example A baniya son will be a baniya and doing the business his forefathers were doing and so does the son of a priest which is followed till now.The India states were divided keeping in mind the language they speak which was majorly affected by which caste they were which again resulted in which career we will choose. This is a strong fact which no one can deny. And until the 20th century there was no question of anyone questioning the career choice they forefathers choose.

Now the problem came into picture when the Indian society started growing up, Indian society just recently grew up to being open about certain things like lets say education for all. When this happened then came the question of career choice being independent of what the forefathers are doing. So from past 25 years or so we have also started questioning the the unsaid rules.

Now the career choice is not a problem but its the problem is of orthodox thinking which some parents still have which cant be removed over night. This problem will have to be removed by us but it will take time.So I guess I am lucky enough that my parents understood what I wanted to be and it was easy but I guess its still not easy for a lot of other students growing up in India but does that means we are stuck no we are not.So lets just work towards enlightening the growing up society.Because the crux of the problem is that weather we face these issues or not are we actually doing something to remove this problem.

Even if fifty percent of students and youth actually start educating the society about openness in career choice I guess the problem will be resolved So lets take a pledge that instead of crying on the problem lets see how can we remove it.Check out what experts speak on Career Choice.
This is a part of indibligger Indispire Topics. This is a weekly prompt where we write on a particular Idea suggested by fellow bloggers.

Blog Review of Anmol Rawat Blog

As a request on the Get your Blog Review Page I am going to review Anmol rawat's blog who writes on http://anmolrawat.blogspot.in/ .He is quite an active blogger at various social platforms and blogger communities and takes parts in writing contests and also writes on social issues. The blog is a mix of all these and he adds his personal touch to the blog with his picture which is cool. The blog is quite a dynamic one be it content or be it the outlook. This review is done after one month of silently reading the blog and checking what goes in and out of the blog. The blog has very less interactive widgets which is OK for a dynamic blog.
http://bloggerinterviews.blogspot.hk/p/blog-reviews.html
www.MyMagicJobs.com Presents Blog Reviews

1.Content :The content varies from Social issues to Fiction and then to contests but the good thing is that they are properly categorized. The content is good and full of pictures which do not have a caption but they do have alt text. There are lot of write ups which are quite pictorial in the way they are written which becomes the strength of the blog.Overall the content keeps on varying which gives a good taste. There is still a lot of room for more on the word play side.If you can write which free flowing words like a river your writing can touch heights then.all the best for this.

2.Uniqueness:The uniqueness may not be technically correct category to rate this blog in but still the content rules the blog so we can give this a miss. Its not just a dull write up blog its dynamic in theme and dynamic in content which makes it unique.Just keep up the good work with the write ups.

3.Activity: You are quite active as seen from you latest posts and comments , do get that rolling to increase the in depth traffic which will be organic after all.you are doing a good job in being active so keep it up.

4.Appearance:The theme is dynamic and looks good. The picture at the front header is cool and suits the blog. The header also changes the link to the article. The articles are nicely labels and we see different tabs which are nicely categorizes. This is good and is expected out of good blogs. No need of any changes on this

5.Navigation:Now this is the best part of the blog , also just try to have a about me and contact me tab at the top .Navigation is cool and easy and actually works wonders for your blog.Kudos.

6.Technically : Your blog is not indexed by Bing. Your.Your blog is not indexed by Google and Its hosted on blogger. Not big problems.

To sum it up , your blog deserves 3.5/5 starts which is great.Your content is the king of the blog so just try to continue what you are doing. Also just try to now increase your level of easiness with words, try to use sarcasm which you been escaping from.your blog is good and you should be proud of that.Cheers.

Fathers Pledge Blog Review | What About the Boy

Hello , As a request on the Get your Blog Review Page I am going to review Stephen's blog who writes on http://www.fatherspledge.com/ and blog is extremely heart touching.Well I went through blog and did a lot of reading in the past one month. The website or the blog is about the book what about the boy and it tells a lot about how striving for something is important and difficult at the same time.

http://www.fatherspledge.com/
1.Content : The content tells us how nobody knew what happened to little Joseph who is now my age and the story of his father Stephen in dealing with the situation and striving to achieve normality for his child. The Blog if read properly is long touchy story which Stephens tells in a way everyone understands. He is not trying to suck sympathy from the readers but its all about how and when he did things which he thought would help reach him the goal he has set for his son.The Blog is not about the goal or problem itself. Its a journey a special one, which I guess only a few will be able to write or tell. There are a lot of problems in the world ,but life is how we deal with those problems.Stephen tells us about the life he is living and in a simple way.I can only say you are doing a great job sir.

2.Uniqueness: Again , content is the King. The website is not unique , its as simple as it gets but what is written in the posts is overwhelming. So we wont mind the simpleness of the blog.

3.Activity:The blog is active but there is very less amount of comments,Try to get involved , try to get more people to read your blog .You never know what people can suggest .So just try to have a little more activity on your blog.

4.Appearance:The appearance is simple but we don't really are talking about how we look in this blog , all necessary widgets are there , do have a subscribe button at the top.You have the contact option which is great.Do add a Declaimer and privacy policy.

5.Navigation:The navigation is simple and easy.We have FAQ and Reviews tabs which is good.Author bio is also set up.So no difficulty in anyway.

6.Technically : Your blog is not indexed by Bing. Your blog is not indexed by Google.Your WordPress version (3.8.3) is out of date.Your blog is a self-hosted WordPress blog and all these are not big problems.

Stephen you are doing a great job and you have already done a lot.The blog and website technicalities doe snot matter, what you write is the most important thing.Keep it doing up and just increase a little more activity.I hope and wish you reach what you have dreamt of.And the word is not disabled its specially-able.

Interview with Mario Elia of the wafflereviews

1. Can you tell us a little about yourself , your blog(s)/website(s),and your aspirations and your hobbies!!
My name is Mario Elia and I run a blog called www.wafflereviews.blogspot.co.uk . Despite what the name indicates, the blog is film orientated. I called it waffle reviews because my friends say I waffle a lot when I complete work so I thought it was fitting to name my blog this (although I don’t waffle in my blog).
I am your typical film addict; I will watch any film under the sun and talk about them non-stop hence taking up blogging. I have other interests such as mobile phone technology which gave me the knick name “the phone guy”.
2. How you first got involved in with blogging/writing, are you an imaginative person?
I first got into blogging as an outlet because I am constantly watching films; these are often films my friends did not see therefore I could not really talk to them about it. Before I stated blogging I did not really consider myself an imaginative person or a good writer however now, due to constantly writing posts I have seen these skills develop.
3. What do you find most challenging about blogging/writing about your topic?
The most challenging part was at the begging whilst writing my first post. When I first started out my writing skills were pretty terrible so I was stumped on how to structure this and future posts. I figured out a way to start this however looking back, the way I structure my posts now and back then are noticeably different.
4. Tell me about some of the people you have met while working on your blog?
Bloggers are a community so once you have started friendships begin to form. You also gain associations with certain companies / YouTube channels.
I have met some interesting bloggers; one in particular ran a positive outlook blog. It was refreshing to meet someone as confident / happy as her.
5. How would (someone) describe your blogging/writing style?
People would describe my blogging style as different because I am not afraid to write everything (waffle). Usually I avoid this and am concise however when the film / rant requires a lot of depth I a not afraid to give it.
6. What do you do when you are not working on your blog?
When I am not blogging I am usually watching films however I have been known to take breaks to “hang out” with friends (mostly cinema trips), do sports (such as tennis) and obviously study.
7 .Where do you see yourself blogging/writing wise in the next 6 months, and 5 years down the road?
I see myself blogging more often and also expanding to guest blogging. I have started guest blogging now however I plan to do much more. No one really expected me to go on blogging for as long as I have however I have stuck to it and made it a permanent task in my busy timetable.
8. What networking do you do that you feel helps your blogging/writing business?
I share most of my posts with social media sites such as Google plus, Twitter and Facebook to help spread the awareness of my presence. By doing this people can comment on my posts, if they are suggestions I will try my best to address these.
9. How do you keep coming up with material/content for your blog? Many people struggle with coming up with different articles/posts and they only have one blog.
When I am extremely busy therefore have no time to watch a film it can become extremely busy as I want to post regularly. When this happens I will write a short review of a film from memory or just comment on trailers, just something to fill the time.
10. Whats your strategy with your blog in general?
I try to keep things interesting and concise otherwise people become bored and stop reading. One key rule that I try to stick to as much as possible is to post every other day (If I know this is not achievable I will prepare posts and save them to drafts to be released for the “other” day).
11. Any specific tips you have for newbie bloggers who want to make it in the blogosphere?
The best advice I can give is to stick by your blog / stay true to it. Chances are you will not get floods of views instantly however do not get disheartened by this, just try and try again.
“Rome was not built in a day”.
12. What would you prioritize? Content? SEO? Traffic? Readers?
I prioritise my readers because they are the traffic that keeps my blog going. I listen to their feedback and act on it because at the end of the day, my blog is for them. If they are not happy then they won’t read your blog.
13. Whats the best thing a blogger can give to his readers?
The best thing a blogger can give to their reader are well written posts. Well written posts are extremely important as people are more likely to read these. Regardless of the length of time it takes to write a well w
ritten post, they being in more traffic then poorly written posts.
14. A lot of people are interested in blogging/writing for the money earning potential. What are some tips for people interesting in making money from blogging/writing? What are some realistic expectations in regards to what can be made?
Realistically, you need to get a lot of traffic for ads to be worth-while. Also make sure you read the small print as if you post something against the policy you could get pulled from their advertisements. Make sure that you fully understand what the bogs want from you such as how much advertising space their require.
15. What motivates you most in life?
Prospering (I think that’s the right word). This can be in work / studies or even meeting new people. Life is about experiences which will help us in the future.
16. What has been your strategy for creating visibility to yourself and your blog?
I advertise on social media a lot such as Facebook, Twitter and Google plus. If you go down my timeline it is mostly WaffleReview posts. Some people may get annoyed but shame on them, if they don’t like it they can unfriend / unfollow me.
17 What was the most challenging moment in your blog content development process and why?
Sometimes I struggle to make the posts short enough to be interesting. When I watch a film the list I make to comment on can be pages long however some of these will be irrelevant / plain boring.
Also I must ensure to not spoil the film during my review.
18. Everyone has a favorite/least favorite post. Name yours and why?
The least favourite post of mine was definitely “The Host” review. I felt like I rambled on and on which I really should not have done. It was a good film which deserved a short and concise review, I felt like I failed to deliver on that.
My favourite post has to be the “red 2” review. It was a great film and the highest on my view count.
19. Name some of the bloggers whom you look up to and why?
Screen rant is a blog / website I look up to. This is because they started off small however now they are a massive organisation who even talks to directors themselves.
20. What is the story behind the name of the blog?
Part 1
When I work my friends will often write considerably less than me (not like it’s a competition or anything...). They will say "your work is good, but you always waffle too much". – meaning that I write more than is needed
After writing like this for a while I received the knick name "the waffler".
Part 2
I watch a lot of films which is part of the reason I started up the blog.  When I watch a film I tend to notice the little things that aren't really important however I feel the need to point them out so. When I do this end up rambling on about the film  or... WAFFLING!

Therefore it just felt right to name my blog (wafflereviews)
21. Your connection with any Blogger Network like Indi blogger or Writeupcafe or any other and the experience?
I am not connected to any blogger networks however I am part of blogger communities especially on Google Plus. This is a great way to communicate with other bloggers and get advice on further expanding our blog.
22. Which genre do you feel gets the raw deal?
Definitely Action. I mostly watch action films and it is what the readers respond the most too.
23. Which one plug-in would you suggest all bloggers to have?
I suggest having a Google translate plugin for your blog so other people in different countries can translate it into a language they are familiar with (therefore getting a bigger fan base).
24. Five adjectives that describe you.
Entertaining, quiet, persistent, couscous, competitive.
25. What book would you say has made the biggest impact good or bad on you?
“The Forbidden Room”. I read this book a while back however the message has stuck with me. It is about a girl who has a disability however is determined to live her life to the fullest (I have left the twist out for spoiler reasons). The message was that no matter what hand life gives you, play it and don’t look back.
26. Do you get easily provoked by positive/negative comments??
I have been known to over react when I get positive comments and will be in a good mood for days on end.
Negative comments are fine as long as it is constructive criticism, if they are just commenting to be spiteful then I will leave them a “kind” message to stop reading / commenting on my blog.
27. Do you plan to write a book, as every bloggers dream it is?
My dreams lie in other fields however writing a book in this would be a great accomplishment (especially due to the fact I am Dyslexic).
28. Are you a judgmental person, do you prefer to take sides instead of standing neutral?
I prefer to stay neutral because I don’t really like confrontation. If the situation arises for me to step up I will however I tend to avoid these situations.
29. Your collaboration with other bloggers, are you much into social networking, tell us everything about it?
Recently I have been collaborating with other bloggers through guest posts. I have not had any on my blog however I have posted with others. All but one of the other bloggers have been great, they have been really welcoming and I look forward to collaborating with them in the future.
30. What genre attracts you the most and which genre you avoid?
I really enjoy action because it is just plain exciting (especially scifi action such as Transformers and Gi Joe.).
I tend to avoid horror films because… well… I’m not too good with horrors. I will start watching one and think why am I doing this? I hate horror films.
31. Your Views on Contests and increasing plagiarism?
I absolutely hate hate hate plagiarism! I can’t stand it! If you cannot write your own posts then don’t bother. Someone has put a lot of time and effort into that post so for someone to go and steal it is despicable.
32. Words for me and my blogs Desire v/s Destiny and Blogger Interviews and my Website www.MyMagicJobs.com
I think it’s a great idea for a blog – interviewing other bloggers. It will really help bring the blogging community closer together. I would also say that your blog is well designed. It clearly has everything it needs however the adverts are a little bit distracting. May I suggest decreasing the size of the side bars to make your posts have more dominance on the page?
33. On winning the Award/s , Are they Really necessary.
When you are doing something you love it is not at all necessary to have awards however it is nice for your work to be acknowledged.
34. So whats Next in your list?
Next, I want to expand my blog by guest blogging. This will hopefully make people more aware of my presence as a blogger and drive more traffic to waffle reviews.
35.Words for your readers and why they should follow you?

I will never stop blogging, but most importantly I will never stop watching films so stay tuned it. So  SUBSCRIBE!

I am a Hindu Nationalist and I don't force it on anyone.

On a Personal Note I am a Hindu Nationalist.Look I am a Hindu and I put my Nation First.I am not a terrorist but the main thing is why force anything on anyone.I know religion is a personal choice but we as Indians do want to force everything.I am clarifying in the starting that its OK to follow any religion or not.Its just all right. As a society we need to chill. But as Indians we are too hot handle when it comes to religion.

Why Religion is a problem in India:As a nation we are still growing up.In western countries religion matters but not forced.but in India it cant hold true because religion is in our blood. Practical example is our society, our businessmen, our way of thinking is still related to religion. But in Metro cities that's not the case because there the society has grown up.

In this Topic I have seen people abusing religion primarily because they are fed up of all the negativity their religion beings up in their normal life but they tend to forget the positive it has brought.Well yes religion is still a personal choice and we should not force it on anybody but what we forget is the vice verse is also true.Which means if you don't believe/trust in any religion you are not allowed to abuse or force your thinking on anyone.

Some people are bold enough to say that Religion is Bullshit. Some people used the 4 letter word for religion. Some people termed it as over rated. But they all forgot it was still a choice, If you are educated enough they why force the negative.Lets say the society forced you to follow a religion by birth but you did not follow any.it was your choice,my question is why force anyone or abuse it.

For me religion must be like any other choices we make as a society. It must be treated in same way as someone treats Charity. For Example I do not believe in charity but I do believe in helping and no one has ever forced me to do charity. So to conclude I want to say that believe in your religion or don't believe in anything its just a personal choice but the problem arises when we want to force it.I am just waiting for the society to grow up.

This article has been written as a part of Indispire Campaign which provides Ideas/topics to write on.So this week the Topic is Is religion over-rated? what is your take? with a hashtag #ReligionSocialViews.

The Chloe Thurlow Blog Review

Hello , As a request on the Get your Blog Review Page I am going to review Chloe Thurlow's blog who writes on http://chloethurlow.com/ and blog is extremely cool where cool is HOT.Well I went through blog and did a lot of reading in the past year of so. The content is good, your language is nice and you have the necessary fluency in imparting the ideas. Following are the few points I would like to underline.

http://chloethurlow.com/
1.Content :The content is thoughtful as well as thought provoking as we can see from the My Blog Section. The font color and size is kept constant which is much appreciated. The choice of words is also great which makes the posts more meaningful. If your content is great half the battle is won but in this case the content is the thing which makes readers like me come back again and again to your blog.I liked the practicle approach used in the blog.I liked the the mystery you maintain in your posts well , If I had to say I would say "the content is full of content here".

2.Uniqueness: The website is quite unique in itself ,The Home page will be liked my most of the audience , people who prefer a simple home page at least might differ but over all its likable. The uniqueness might not be found in the labels but it will rather found out in the content which is awesome to say the least. It is not a regular blog its a special blog , people look up  the content and come back again to read that's the USP.The Content deals with taboo topics as well as practical situation which serves well to the audience.

3.Activity: You have been quite active in replying to the comments and posting new posts on the site as well as linking on the social networking plugins as well. This makes the reader to look forward to your new replies and posts.Way to go dear its a great sign. You do have a share on Facebook widget but why not the Facebook Page.Do have it it serves wonders. Pinterest is what gets you maximum traffic from the linked websites . So great job there and then the good reads so you know you are doing an amazing job.

4.Appearance:The appearance of the site is awesome to say the least. The website has great color contrast ratio which goes very well with almost ninety percent readers. We all love widgets. The Pictures are amazing including the background Image. You may want to add your picture on the about page. But that's not necessary. And yes the recent tweets adds up to the curiosity of the reader.

5.Navigation:The navigation is quite smooth and if people want to know about you they can do it easily. The Tab on the left which lists your pages serves their purpose with ease. The reader can smoothly go to all the pages and can get a glimpse of what special ability you have got in all forms of writings. You may also want to have a privacy policy and declaimer page about your website. Not to forget about your favorite authors you surely are giving them the traffic they deserve.my Books Section is cleanly organized. So.So No Need of any changes.

6.Technically : Your blog is a self-hosted WordPress blog,Your WordPress version (3.8.3) is out of date.,Your blog is not indexed by Bing.Your blog is not indexed by Google. You do not have a logo. You don't have a site description.Try searching for Chloe Thurlow on Google you will feel good.

Rest is all great! You have done a good job with the Erotica writing and taboo topics ;many of them are my personal favorites. There Might be some silent readers of your blog who might not comment due to any reason so the subscription widget is the best option for them.Do add a email subscription widget on the home page. That's all from me.Keep writing girl many bloggers look up to you.
