Bad Bad Bad

Well Lets just talk about the bad things we do ,Not really things we do intentionally  but also the things we do knowingly.I am listing down things which I would love to get India rid off as soon as possible.

1.Spitting : Spitting Tobacco after chewing it for ages in every corner of the world we live in is the first and most disgusting thing I would say we Indians do.Go to any apartment common stairs and you will find the red stains of pan and Tobacco.Spitting at public places is just a casual habit for us.Ths is madness

2.Pee Pee Everywhere : Don't we do it , Yes We Indian Males so this shit everywhere , well quite literally. We are just habitual of doing it , too casual ,We don't even think twice , Well We don't even think that it can be bad,When ever we get the pressure we just wee a corner or a wall or any tree and relax ourselves, How convenient.

3.We HONK like there is no Tomorrow : If you are an NRI or even visited places such a Germany or lets say France or lets say South Africa , Do they HONK that often , No they don't.Honking without reason is also one of the time pass we Indians do.Specially If we are taking our kids for a ride we will encourage them to HONK .This is just bad , Well I am not talking of Noise Pollution it creates (Which is a valid Point) but also its quite irritating for the drivers.

4.We don't value the Dust bins : Yes , We do it, trust me , Just think how many times have you even thought of putting the candy wrapper in dustbins , remember , very less right. No its not about hygiene its about how casual we take these things.

and here comes the gem of it all.

5.Digging Gold In Public : Knowingly or unknowingly we do dig gold Publicly , This annoying, silly and crazy  habit of 'digging gold' is one of the worst habits that goes un-questioned from all.But Mouth and Nose digging is just Insane .Trust me I just feel like vomiting and I have personally seen people playing with gold dust many times.

Yes this Post is again a part of Indispire , And I love to write about the new ideas they give every week. Which bad habit of Indians would you like to change for our India? #ChangeBadHabit4India , Posted by Anita under Citizen Responsibility as a weekly Idea to write for.

  1. Very correct. Rightly shared these disgusting habits.
There are many more in the list - pushing & jumping queues, flouting rules, dishonesty, corruption, writing our names on monuments... :(
Hoping for good "education" so that we don't indulge in this nuisance...

  5. I know! Such attitudes are such pet peeves and how I wish we could live without such reality as human beings. We need to be more aware and we are able to overcome them, it will go a long way for much sought improvement.

  9. So true Rahul! Honking is such a problem in India! The nonstop noise with little or no consideration of whether they are near a hospital or a school. Very well thought of post!

  10. It's sad and frustrating when we do these things knowing that they're wrong. For example, some people urinate and defecate in public because they have no access to toilets. What excuse do people like us (educated and having access to toilets at home, office, etc.) for urinating in public?
